Garden in a Deep Sleep......
There is no life left in the garden. The zinnias are only memories and the morning glories left long ago. The raspberries are without leaves and fruit and only one tree in the area still has its leaves. What apples that did not get picked from the top of the tree have now fallen to the ground after the cold spell. Squirrels are enjoying them as they thaw. Our snow will be history this afternoon as we are to warm up to 38 degrees or more. We sort have returned to fall but the air does feel like winter.

Teddy's legs are a little short for this big wheel but he still likes sitting on it. These shots were buried in my files and this one...

Iowa wild rose is the state flower. I keep finding evidence of our hard freeze on different plants as they mature. The freeze messed up...

Love the texture in this photo, Larry. Glad you will have a little warmer temps today. GA is to have heavy rain tomorrow. We will make a quick run to the store today. Wishing you both an enjoyable weekend.
Lovely capture on the dry flower and little warm during cold season is good enough.
This is precisely what my rock garden looks like- my cannas and elephant ears all got bit by the freeze we had last week. Your zinnias almost look like fabric flowers.
