I shared my doubts that I wasn't going to get much of a show from this plant. I did get to see this one strand of bleeding hearts develop and it does make a good show for the one branch. It is the only branch that I have on the plant though. Maybe next year I can have two strands of them.

I used to love the bleeding hearts in my garden; sadly they've all gone now.
