I can take no credit for this plant other than I bought the property that is sits on to bloom. My bleeding heart plant at the old house is not as protected as this one and its blooms are less mature.

Peony and Tulips....
The flowers are getting a gentle rain this morning. It makes the soil and sub soil happier as our drought is less these days.

Iowa wild rose is the state flower. I keep finding evidence of our hard freeze on different plants as they mature. The freeze messed up...
