When Mildred and I were young, we played Rock School on our back steps. One of us would be the teacher and hide a pebble in one of our hands.
The other was the student sitting on the top step. She would scoot down one step ever time she guessed correctly which hand the pebble was in. When she reached the bottom step, she became the teacher.
The white railing is really lovely.
I love that railing. I am looking at some exactly like that for my front porch. Beautiful.
