The new bird on the block is this one. He looks a little scruffy. I can't tell if he is a new young one or if he is is a male. His neck coloring is so different than most of the birds. I can now identify two others that have different kinds of neck markings. I moved the feeder to a different window so the lighting is better showing on the birds.

He is a little scruffy! My cat Rocky was a stray and he always has looked scruffy, too!
