The red twig dogwood shrub is showing off its red bark. I walked out there yesterday to the back yard fence and got to see them up close. When they start to leaf out the bark turns to a dark red-brown.
While I was out there I turned a shot a view of last year's sedum. They will need to trimmed off. I am anxious to see all the peony plants in that are mature and maybe bloom this year.
