We had such a windy day yesterday that I could not get a good photo of the Japanese iris. This morning was a great time to get the perfect shots. I haave two plantings of this and it is blooming later than this one. I guess I get to have blooms for a longer time.

I love Japanese irises and had some at the last house. I guess they and the hydrangeas are blooming now for the new owner.
