This is a photo from the past showing how we looked at this time. We are not having that kind of color because the drought happened and the recent rains are now keeping the leaves greener for a longer period of time. I don't own this birch any more. I am hoping that the tree hasn't been cut down even though I did get word that they cut down every tree that was standing on the property.

The moon is beautiful when it is full, and oddly enough, this time it did not prevent me from sleeping.
With the storm last night, I'm afraid a lot of leaves are on the ground. It is still too dark for me to see.
