This morning I was gifted with a migrating flock of house finches stopping by at my feeder. Adult male and female house finches. There is evidence of some of them being younger birds as they haven't taking on their red colors or they are young females that don't ever turn red.
The sock has been hanging vor a couple of months and finally there is a little bit of interest in it by the house finches. My camera is struggling agains a dirty window and the bright sun to get any focus. I am now on my way out with windes as I finish this writng.
