The trees in the front yard have finally changed to fall colors. It seems like they are late in doing so but they will drop the leaves quickly once they hit this stage. The tree variety is an ornamental pear tree which is planted throughout the whole development. The initial development required them to be planted but as time went on people were asked to voluntarily plant them. My neighbor on both sides have cut theirs down.
