The tine change isn't a problem. My body needs to adjust to medication time change, insulin shooting change, and eating changes. It isn't that complicated but it is. I jolted awake early and just got up to see what was going on in the world.

Our bird feeders are open and full.
What a beautiful sky. The time change is a bit of an issue for us too, the farm animals don't adjust right away.
