I did a photo shoot of the two daffodils yesterday. I rescued them from being whipped around with four days of strong wind. I have always been fascinated with the shapes of the flower ever since I first saw them. They would pop up at springtime out by the hand pump at the well when I was very young, having been planted by previous owners of the southern Iowa farm.
