Our neighbors up the hill next to us have the early blooming tulips. Ours will follow in blooming time within a week or so. We live on a gradual natural hill of Iowa so they really were built about a foot higher than us. It would have been steep for the cornfield farmer but it is what we have for the lay of the land in our area.
