Red Moon a Rising.....

The camera reacted automatically to the half and half toned moon.  It gave me a double image as it struggled to see what it should be focusing on and as a result I go a second subtle image of the moon. This is not photoshopped but it is what I got from the camera's own magic powers.

With the lack of light because of the eclipse the camera eventually refused to even find the moon. This shot was taken at a long distance and I got a good impression of what was up there.

Great capture on the half baked moon! I shot a similar event when it take place in Feb 2018, and this time I couldn't see the eclipse here. Glad you got to shoot!
