This is the second twin blooms of this new iris. It is unusual how they both opened on the same day.
A week and a half ago the first set of blooms looked just like the second batch. They are on two stems that each had two buds each.

Iowa wild rose is the state flower. I keep finding evidence of our hard freeze on different plants as they mature. The freeze messed up...
