Hydrangea....
Different numbered petals per small flower with a cluster making a larger puff of white. The cluster eventually turns into a greener tint as it matures. The original plant was from a traditional foundation plate that has been in the gardens for years. Neighbors trading with neighbors to get their start of these shrubs.
