The power of constructing from wood is a satisfying one. As I take wood scraps and apply them to an old wooden base I create a universal shape recognized by most. Working with wood is the same as an older person as it is as a youngster building with wooden blocks, it is fun. This turned into a bird feeder platform with a protected area underneath for birds to eat during stormy days.
