The amaryllis has put on it's show and now it is fading into it's next phase. It seems to be more of a sculptural form now with textures and streaks of color.

A fine picture, Larry. The saying 'beautiful in death' comes to mind when I see the flowers dwindling away to nothing.

I have seen something like that out my back window. I think mine are last year's rose blossom.
