The regale lily that has been shared from my late grandmother in Murray, Iowa, and then was moved to Osceola, Iowa, and now it is in my garden. This one is being crowded out by some field lilies so I will move it to a new location after the blooms are spent.

It's very beautiful. How nice that it has graced so many locations.
The pure white and soft yellow really "pop" against the greenery.
What a perfect capture. I like it and I like lilies in general. I have some prickly pear cacti growing in my wilflower garden but, of course, their not native here. Some can be found though in the far southwestern corner of Minnesota, particularly in Blue Mounds State Park. Now, unfortunately closed due to the shutdown of state government. Grrrr.
It makes a fine subject for your close up. Excellent detail and color. Thanks for visiting my site.
I just love the variety that lilies come in....all of them smell great and look gorgeous. Great photo of this magnificent flower!
That's a really pretty one!
I have several plants that need moved or divided. A nice little project for this fall. I should be deciding where I want them to be!
