Two more days of the high heat and then on Thursday we will be around 90 degrees F., 32.2 C. Everything is showing stress and this flower is one of the early bloomers. I do have other coneflowers that are still in bloom as you can see in the background.

It has been a terribly hot summer but you have had some beautiful flowers. I like this large patch of coneflowers. Take care in the heat today.
So sad to see the flowers wilting. I am in my second day of HOT WEATHER which is forecast to end on Thursday. We're having a bad year here in the UK.
