Monday's Petunias........
When I was a kid in the 60s, petunia's were not white. In fact I think the only color sold at that time were a bright reddish maybe orange color. You could travel from Iowa to Colorado and everyone had the very same color of petunias. I don't think the color is sold anymore. These flowers are destined to go into the front planter today to help fill in some empty spots.

Iowa wild rose is the state flower. I keep finding evidence of our hard freeze on different plants as they mature. The freeze messed up...

Very pretty! White flowers are especially nice in early evening - they really show up well.
I love the subtle fragrance of petunias. There are multicolor beds of petunias all around our church.
Pretty white petunia! The same flowers here grows in bi-colors or in more different shades
