The buds of a "knock out" rose do look promising. They look like a full multi petaled rose. Once they are opened they are pretty but they are an abbreviated rose.
The "knock out" rose seems to do well here in our city as everyone seems to have a few bushes. The business places landscape with it too. My next door neighbor has one pink one sitting between their red ones.

The roses in the garden here have begun to fade but they were beautiful earlier.

Your pretty flowers remind me that yesterday we drove by our last home for the first time this summer. It was bittersweet to see OUR flowers/trees etc. and the lack of care they are receiving. lol
p.s. wanted to explain my comment that I just wrote.....I meant that your flower blooms are beautiful but when we rode by our former home, nothing had been pruned or dead headed and it was bittersweet.
