Reflections in the rainwater shows the railings in an impressionistic way. I at first ,while viewing the photo in a smaller size, thought they really were the railings.

Clouds
The clouds in the sky blocked the view of an almost perfectly round moon. I never did get any good clear skies to take the full shot.
