The shine of light off of each marble put out a special light effect. I was looking for something to take photos for this blog and this was a fun item. The plane is an antique toy from a family in southern Iowa. All of the boys in the family but one are now gone. One of the four boys died on Normandy Beach. The style of the plane is an old one of the 40s era.

What a fun photo. I remember playing with marbles when I was young and I remember Larry having planes similar to this one, the dish is very sweet too.
