I really enjoy seeing structures made from wood. I have taken shots of this before and I still just keep shooting it anyway.
Looking up the stairs shows snow from a few days ago. The snow is almost all gone now. We have not had thawing weather so it has hung around for a long time.

The home we shared with mother had a high deck and it was interesting to look at it from underneath. Our last home had a small, high deck but NO stairs down from it. Now our home is flat on the ground and the deck only has three steps. Quite a variety! After yesterday’s pouring rain, we have bright sun today.
