We had thunderstorms about two hours before and this is the last of the clouds. We are leafing out but the tree on the left is still not leafed out. It is a big old silver maple which will be big and full of leaves. It is still spring.

We did not get the rain that they predicted. The clouds slid by us to the west leaving high and dry again.

Iowa wild rose is the state flower. I keep finding evidence of our hard freeze on different plants as they mature. The freeze messed up...
