The flowers in shadow have deeper colors. The streak of white is a sprig off of some grass and it isn't a scratch on my lens. I grow the zinnias because of their colors and their textures that give me months of flowers to photograph.

Fruit and Cookies....
We have a bounty of fruit for Thanksgiving visitors and also some chocolate chip cookies. It is all good eating.

Iowa wild rose is the state flower. I keep finding evidence of our hard freeze on different plants as they mature. The freeze messed up...
