I took down a plain white birdhouse and gave it some bling. I am glad that I did it but I rarely see it as there is a large maple tree that blocks my view from the house. I was glad to fix it up and the neighbors get to enjoy the colors. I had doubts about its even being used this summer. Then, as I looked at my photo, look what is sticking out from under the eaves of the roof. The house has two holes, one on each end, and I guess they did build nests in it for sure.
