Sometimes when you shoot you haven't a clue what you will have for the final result. This is one more leaf picture, looking more like an abstract painting. The leaves are falling here like falling rain. We will get an actual rain tonight and that just makes the drop go faster.

It is a smaller iris bloom and the color is so strong and pure. The white beard against the purple is so good to have.

That's such a beauty. They're what I call 'my' colours... I am imagining a dress ... sigh.
What a lovely, colorful leaf. Not something we see down here. It would be wonderful to see the colors changing every year, but alas.
