Lonely Bloom…
The one last tulip to bloom is this on Rembrandt variety. Why this one was planted in another location it is hard to say.

Iowa wild rose is the state flower. I keep finding evidence of our hard freeze on different plants as they mature. The freeze messed up...

I can practically smell this Phlox..for fragrance it is one of my favorites!! After a very warm day the smell just wafts around the yard..:)
