Peony and Tulips....
The flowers are getting a gentle rain this morning. It makes the soil and sub soil happier as our drought is less these days.

Iowa wild rose is the state flower. I keep finding evidence of our hard freeze on different plants as they mature. The freeze messed up...

This is a great macro I can see the fuzziness of the leaves and the delicate bloom..beautiful for my winter weary eyes:)
