Hydrangea........
Winter kill destroyed half or more of this planting but the ones that are left are looking good. I took a wheel barrow full of dead stems away from the two plantings and it looks so much better. The one shrub that was frozen out is now starting to shoot stems up from the base. This is the very first bloom that has opened its white flowers.

Teddy's legs are a little short for this big wheel but he still likes sitting on it. These shots were buried in my files and this one...

Iowa wild rose is the state flower. I keep finding evidence of our hard freeze on different plants as they mature. The freeze messed up...

Good Morning and Happy Father's Day. I rarely see white hydrangeas; this is so pretty. We have never had success growing hydrangeas here in GA.
Hope you two have a nice afternoon. Hi to the dogs!
beautiful! :)
I've never seen a white hydrangea. It's very pretty. Flowers are starting to form on the hydrangea we planted last year... I can't remember the colour but I'll soon know.
