I am teaching in a classroom today in which the instructor collects staplers. He has a big collection which I notice he keeps adding one of two new ones a year.

The flowers are getting a gentle rain this morning. It makes the soil and sub soil happier as our drought is less these days.

Iowa wild rose is the state flower. I keep finding evidence of our hard freeze on different plants as they mature. The freeze messed up...

Amazing! I have only ever seen mundane staplers; what fun to have a collection of unusual ones like the fish stapler.
