Iris Beauty.......
The iris itself is damaged by an insect eating through the bud leaving holes it about every single petal. The rain has cause the stems to give out with too much water so I have to stake them to get them to not lay in the grass. A close up shot is the best bet for me to share the beauty of this one iris.

God provides us with so much beauty. Your photo is wonderful. Wishing you and Della a nice weekend.
Nice shot Larry.
You had left a comment on my photo blog for Mentryville, Ca. It is an old abandoned town. Was once a booming oil town here in southern California. Is now an historic site for our city.
Beautiful iris!
