Cardinals are a lot more friendly to others than bluejays. There was plenty of seed and the cardinal was busy breaking his sunflowers seed to really notice his neighbor.

Iowa wild rose is the state flower. I keep finding evidence of our hard freeze on different plants as they mature. The freeze messed up...
