The wind was strong but I bet this was done by a friendly cat or maybe even a raccoon. There is water in a fountain nearby so any creature could have toppled the angel while getting a drink. I did set the angel back right with the world and he sits guard on the bench. .

I had the same thought as Betsy... just a wee rest. In fact, I read your post title as "Having a day off!"
I can just imagine a neighborhood cat knocking over your angel. The other day we sat in our car at a fast food place eating. We watched a squirrel scurry around looking for a place to hide a treasure. Mr. Squirrel stood up on his hind legs and placed the nut in a parked car's exhaust pipe!!! We giggled and imagined that the car would backfire when started and shoot that nut across the parking lot.
