Iowa wild rose is the state flower. I keep finding evidence of our hard freeze on different plants as they mature. The freeze messed up...

You should use the kind that is not harmful to other insects in the area. It costs more but the safety is almost always worth it.
The blooms are really nice. Mine are gone on my tree and the fruit is starting to form. And I never used any sprays.
