Silouhette.......
The windmill has survived many a storm including a tornado. It is weathered looking because of its lost blades and yet it still has good character. Snow storms are on their way today and there will be more snow piled on top of it. The neighbors shed is an old one. The stored cars are old also.

Iowa wild rose is the state flower. I keep finding evidence of our hard freeze on different plants as they mature. The freeze messed up...

I agree that it still has character, Larry....even with the lost blades.
